UPDATE: I am thrilled to announce that I received an honorable mention for my sculpture Feather Gradient at this show.
I am honored that two sculptures from my Drawings in Three Dimensions series have been selected for inclusion in a juried exhibition at the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition. The juror is Jenée-Daria Strand, who is the Curatorial Assistant for the Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum.
About the show: “Black & White has always been woven in the fabric of our nation since its inception. How we confront these trying times today goes to the core of who we are as a people/artists. This is an exhibition designed to bring together artists, art collectors, art organizations and communities. The featured artwork will provide a glimpse of the diversity of creative style and visual presentation found at BWAC.”
Gallery Exhibition Dates: Saturday September 26 – Saturday Oct 24, 2020, weekends 1-6pm
Opening Reception: Saturday, September 26 from 1-6pm
